Workplace Safety Training
I strongly believe that a hands-on approach is the most effective method of learning. What does this mean? Instead of sitting in a classroom and writing a plant risk assessment, we go to the workshop and look at the environment, operation and maintenance of the plant. This approach allows me to engage the workers and makes sure no one is falling asleep in class!
I also provide training that teaches your management team how to undertake a number of important workplace health and safety tasks, including carrying out risk assessments, writing SOP and JSA, and developing site safety plans, in order to make your team more self-sufficient.
